TWO UNIOSUN GRADUATES BAGGED FIRST CLASS AT LAW SCHOOL

The duo of Tumininu Odunuga and Abiodun Rufai, both graduates of Osun State University Law College are among the 29 students graded First Class in the just released Final Bar Examination results of the Nigeria Law School.

The breakdown of the final examination conducted between April 22 and 28, 2017 revealed that a 72.7% pass rate with 211 Second Class Upper, 1, 046 Second Class Lower, 2, 999 Pass and 334 Pass.  Overall, out of a total of 5, 891 students who wrote the final bar examinations, 4, 285 were successful while 1, 272 failed.

The Vice Chancellor Professor Labode Popoola, on receiving the news put call to the two worthy ambassadors for making UNIOSUN proud and etching the name of the university in GOLD. He urged them never to relent in their quest for success in life.

The Provost of the College, Professor Olaide Gbadamosi was full of praises for the students and noted that “this feat of the two graduates has proved that UNIOSUN Law programme rank among the best in Nigeria”.

He informed that the University recorded an outstanding success rate of 92% in the Law School 2017 Bar Final examinations.
